HB2305 and SB1000 have been filed in the state legislature seeking to sweep specified amounts (approximately $27 million) existing in twenty-three named funds and transferred into the state general revenue fund before June 30, 2011.
Our licensing board is among those targeted, to lose $1,640,000 of the funds we contribute with our fees for its operation.

Call your state representative and state senator and urge them to vote "no" on House Bill 2305 and Senate Bill 1000.
